Why this work

Prevention saves lives — when knowledge is accessible.

Modern public health prevention tools — biomedical HIV prevention (PrEP, PEP, DoxyPEP) and community naloxone training — work best when communities understand them and can access them through trusted partners.

Our role is education and navigation, not direct medical service. We help community members understand what is available, how to talk with health professionals about it, and how to access these tools through partner organizations and public health networks.

What we provide

Education programs and community navigation

Biomedical Prevention Education

Plain-language education about PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis), PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis), and DoxyPEP — how each works, who they're for, and how to access them through community partners.

Naloxone Community Training

Free community trainings on recognizing opioid overdose and administering naloxone (Narcan). Aligned with state and federal community overdose-prevention frameworks.

Harm Reduction Education

Compassionate, evidence-based education for people who use drugs and their loved ones — dignity-centered, judgment-free, focused on community-level well-being.

Access Navigation

Help connecting community members to partner organizations where they can access screening, prescriptions, and ongoing public health support.

Who this is for

Community members at risk, partners, and trusted networks

This program serves community members who may benefit from biomedical prevention education, people who use drugs and their loved ones, families and partners affected by opioid use, and community organizations seeking naloxone training for their staff and members.
